Requirements
- Secondary education with Certificate in Healthcare
- 1 year working experience in a similar setting
- Caring and possess good interpersonal skills
- Able to read and write English
- Knowledge of local dialects advantageous
Responsibility
- Assist the Staff Nurse to supervise Care staff
- Assist the Staff Nurse in assessment of admission of new residents
- Perform rehabilitation procedures such as motion exerices for the residents
- Organise and send residents for appropriate therapy as prescribed
- Coordinate visits for medical checkups, arrange transport and accompany residents to hospital/clinic for follow up appointment
Requirements
- NITEC in Nursing
- 5 years experience as Enrolled Nurse
- Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified
Responsibility
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Administer treatment to residents as prescribed
- Carry out and supervise assessments of all new admission
